Delivery dates, payment and return options are provided with your order on the partner’s purchase site.
Before placing your order
Confirm the model, finish, package contents, final price and delivery address in the purchase tab. Available delivery dates and shipping charges depend on the seller, your location and the selected offer.
Track a delivery
Open the order in the account used to buy the product. Its details show the delivery status and any available tracking link. If a delivery is late or incomplete, use the help options attached to that order.
Check return options
Review the return conditions on the purchase page before ordering. For an existing order, open its details to see the applicable return window, eligibility and instructions. Keep the product, parts and packaging until the fit is confirmed.
A wrong or damaged item
Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of the item and the issue. Contact the seller through the order and follow the instructions provided there. This site does not process payments or issue refunds.
